Authorizing Erection of a Public Hall on Glentunnel Domain, Canterbury Land District.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
I N pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection one (d) of section fifty-two of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Glentunnel Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion of the Glentunnel Domain under its control, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, and being part of Reserve Number 2407, situated in Block VIII of the Hororata Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by a public road, 230 links; and again towards the east, south, and west by other part of Reserve No. 2407, 420 links, 251 links, and 320 links respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/117, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 11th day of August, 1931.

I N pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection one (d) of section fifty-two of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Mainene Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion of the Mainene Domain under its control, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, being portion of Allotment 201, Oruawharo Parish, bounded, commencing at a post on a public road distant 132·4 and 366·4 links respectively along a public road from the north-western corner of Allotment 201, Oruawharo Parish, by right lines 560, 50, 150, 150, 150, 50, 560, and 50 links respectively. Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 22/2858c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 8th day of August, 1931.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Defence Act, 1909, and its amendments, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby cancel the notice published in Gazette No. 43, dated the seventeenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight, amalgamating Nos. 1 and 3 Regimental Districts, and do hereby declare that such districts shall be reconstituted as set out in the Schedule hereto, with effect from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

SCHEDULE.
NO. 1 REGIMENTAL DISTRICT (HEADQUARTERS, AUCKLAND).
ALL that area, comprising part of the County of Eden and part of the City of Auckland, together with all boroughs and town districts, or parts thereof, situated within and lying east of a line—Halsey Street, Patterson Street, Union Street, Napier Street, Hepburn Street, Ponsonby Road, Newton Road, Symonds Street, New North Road, Dominion Road, Mount Albert Road, May Road, Richardson Road, White Swan Road to its junction with Ridge Road; thence across the county to the eastern inlet of Green Bay. This Regimental District will also include Great Barrier and Little Barrier Islands, and all islands in the Hauraki Gulf.
NO. 3 REGIMENTAL DISTRICT (HEADQUARTERS, PONSONBY).
All that area comprising the Counties of Mongonui, Whangaroa, Hokianga, Bay of Islands, Hobson, Whangarei, Otamatea, Rodney, Waitemata, part of the County of Eden, and part of the City of Auckland lying west of the line described above (under No. 1 Regimental District), together with all boroughs and town districts or parts thereof lying north of Auckland Harbour and within the counties or parts of counties herein defined.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 4th day of August, 1931.
