Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Subdivisions of Reu Reu Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, Wellington Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto were, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of section forty-nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:

Situated in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District. (Plan 2668.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/890, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2506, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1931.

Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.-REWA SURVEY DISTRICT. SECTION 1, Block VI, Rewa Survey District: Area, 329 acres 3 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Purua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 4 acres 2 roods 8 perches.
Being portion of Allotments 84, 85, and 86, Maungatapere Parish.
Situated in Block XV, Purua Survey District. (S.O. plan 23219.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/4/9, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2507, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section four of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be closed, such road being formerly river-bank road situated within the district defined in the Schedule to the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Act, 1910.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 7 acres 2 roods 10 perches.
Adjoining Section 10 and Crown land.
Situated in Block V, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District. (S.O. plan 26276.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 23/877, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2504, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of August, 1931.
