ERRATUM.--In the resolution embodied in the Order in Council dated the 9th June, 1931, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 47, of the 18th day of the same month, at page 1774, exempting portion of Queen's Road, in the City of Nelson, from the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, and also in the Schedule thereto, for "part Section 41" read "part Section 1181."

Crown Land set apart as Part of a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act., 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as part of a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.--NELSON-MARLBOROUGH FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of Provisional State Forest No. 91.
ALL those areas of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing 1 acre 1 rood 19 perches; 1 acre 3 roods; 3 acres 3 roods 25 perches; 2 acres 2 roods 5 perches; and 2 roods 23 perches, more or less; situated in Block II, Lewis Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the west by Provisional State Forest No. 91 (Gazette, 1920, p. 932); and towards the east by the Maruia-Grey Valley Road. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 121/2, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1931.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as part of a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.-CANTERBURY FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of State Forest No. 86 (Eyrewell Plantation).
ALL those areas in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 20 acres 3 roods 23ยท6 perches, more or less, being formerly public roads closed by a Proclamation dated the 4th July, 1931, and published in Gazette, No. 52, of the 9th July, 1931, at page 2062, and described generally as follows:--All that area, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less, situated in Block XIV, Mairaki, and Blocks I and II, Rolleston Survey Districts, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the north-east by a public road ; towards the south-east and north-west by State Forest No. 86 (Eyrewell Plantation, Gazette, 1931, page 1527); and towards the south by State Forest No. 86 (Eyrewell Plantation, Gazette, 1930, page 1875).
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 32ยท6 perches, more or less, situated in Block II, Rolleston Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the north by a public road; towards the east and west by State Forest No. 86 (Eyrewell Plantation, Gazette, 1931, page 1527); and towards the south by State Forest No. 86 (Eyrewell Plantation, Gazette, 1930, page 1875).
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 143/18, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1931.
