“ That the Hawke’s Bay Direct Supply Association, Limited, be wound up voluntarily, and that ALFRED HENRY WILSON, of Napier, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up. The remuneration to Mr. Wilson be the same as adopted by the New Zealand Society of Accountants.”— Carried.
At a subsequent extraordinary general meeting, the above motion was put for confirmation and carried.
