Adding an Outer Area to the Springs-Ellesmere Electric-power District.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and amendments, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from the date hereof the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be an outer area of the Springs-Ellesmere Electric-power District.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District in the County of Halswell and Survey District of Halswell, bounded as follows: Commencing at the point where the eastern boundary of Block X, Halswell Survey District, meets the Ahuriri Road South, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction following the said eastern boundary of Block X and the eastern boundaries of Blocks VI and II, to a closed road formerly known as Burke’s Bush Road; thence following the western boundaries of Rural Section 17737 to Burke’s Bush Road North; thence in an easterly direction generally along that road to the eastern boundary of Halswell County; thence in a southerly direction generally following the eastern boundary of the said county to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81911, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, being thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of July, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Invercargill Hundred described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
9·4 perches.
Being portion of Section 4.
Situated in Block I, Invercargill Hundred (Southland R.D.).

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82180, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of July, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
6 acres 0 roods 20·5 perches.
Being portion of part Allotment 59, Parish of Paremoremo.
Situated in Block II, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26271.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81869, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Howard Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
1 acre 2 roods 20 perches.
Being portion of Section 6; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 2 roods 18 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 6; coloured green.
All situated in Block XVI, Howard Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 734R.)
All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82021, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
