Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenure, in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the seventeenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
Inglewood County.—Taitama Settlement.
SECTIONS 2s and 3s, Taitama Settlement: Area, 595 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the fifth day of February, then instant, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—OHURA COUNTY.—RANGI SURVEY DISTRICT.
SECTION 8, Block I, Rangi Survey District: Area, 367 acres 2 roods 23 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1931.

Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 11, Block VII, Waihou Survey District: Area, 5 acres 0 roods 8 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July, 1931.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Post-office in the Borough of Hastings.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6·6 perches. Being Lot 5 of part Section 8 (D.P. 1893), being part Heretaunga Block.
Situated in the Borough of Hastings.
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81894, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of July 1931.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Substation-site, off Moxham Avenue, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a substation-site, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1·10 perches. Being portion of Lot 67, D.P. 168, and being part Section 4.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (Evans Bay R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2671.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82111, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of July, 1931.
