THE ZEALANDIA CO-OPERATIVE WOODWARE COMPANY, LIMITED.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE ZEALANDIA CO-OPERATIVE WOODWARE COMPANY, LIMITED (in Liquidation).

A T a general meeting of the company held this day at the registered office of the company the following resolution was passed as a special resolution, and it is accordingly hereby resolved as follows :—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily under the Companies Act, 1908, and that ARTHUR MAURICE ANDERSON, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, and that this resolution is passed as a special resolution.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the above company is in liquidation, and that all persons or companies having claims against the company are required to send full particulars thereof to me on or before the 20th August, 1931, otherwise they will be excluded from participation in the distribution of the assets.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution, dated the twentieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, has been passed by the requisite majority as indicated in section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies Act, 1908 :—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that Messrs. W. E. C. REID AND Co. be appointed Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the Public Hall, Wainui, on Friday, the 14th day of August, 1931, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

I N pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, I hereby convene a general meeting of members of the above company to be held at my office, Room No. 16, Wright’s Buildings, Fort Street, Auckland, on Monday, the 10th day of August, 1931, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., for the purpose of submitting the final account of the liquidation, together with my report thereon.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, held at the registered office of the company, Ashburton, on Saturday, the 18th day of July, 1931, the following resolution was duly passed :—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the said meeting DUNCAN BELL BROWN, of Wellington, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the said liquidation.

Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes : For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof ; postage, ld.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
