EVIDENCE OF APPOINTMENT.

  1. A certificate under the hand of the Administrator shall be conclusive evidence of the fact that any person is or is not a Notary, or of an entry in the said roll or of the absence of an entry therein, as the case may require.

MISCONDUCT.

  1. On the application of the Attorney-General the High Court may direct that the name of a Notary be struck off the Roll of Notaries for misconduct as a Notary or in any other professional capacity, or for fraud in his application, or for other good cause shown, and every person so struck off shall thenceforth for ever be wholly disabled from practising as a Notary or performing or certifying any notarial act.

OFFENCE.

  1. Any person who in his own name or in the name of any other person makes, does, acts, exercises, or executes or performs any act, matter, or thing, of or in any wise appertaining or belonging to the office, function, or practice of a Notary Public for or in expectation of any gain, fee, or reward without being able to prove, if required, that he is duly authorized to do so is liable to a fine of £50.
