MOTOR PARK BUILDING COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of MOTOR PARK BUILDING COMPANY, LIMITED (in Liquidation).
IN accordance with section 223 of the said Act notice is hereby given of the following special resolution passed at extraordinary meetings of shareholders of MOTOR PARK BUILDING COMPANY, LIMITED, held 19th June and 6th July, 1931:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
Creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 16th day of September, 1931, to send their names and postal addresses and detailed particulars of their claims to the undersigned, the Liquidator of the said company, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claims are received.

BLEASELS LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of BLEASELS LIMITED (Rotorua).
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the powers vested in the shareholders under section 168 (6) of the Companies Act, 1908, the shareholders have signed in the company’s minute-book as passed the following special resolution:—
“That BLEASELS LIMITED be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that Mr. J. H. BUDDLE, of Rotorua, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

BOROUGH OF ST. KILDA.
COPY OF A RESOLUTION PASSED AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ST. KILDA BOROUGH COUNCIL, HELD ON MONDAY, 29TH JUNE, 1931, AT 7.30 P.M.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the St. Kilda Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund on a loan of six thousand eight hundred pounds (£6,800), authorized to be raised by the St. Kilda Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of paying off a special loan of nine thousand nine hundred pounds (£9,900) maturing on the first day of August, 1931, the balance of that loan—namely, three thousand one hundred pounds (£3,100) having been otherwise provided, the said St. Kilda Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-eighths of one penny (¾d.) in the pound (£1) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of St. Kilda, comprising the whole of the said borough, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of February and the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-two (22) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the resolution of the St. Kilda Borough Council, passed at a special meeting held on Monday, 29th June, 1931.

TOWN HALL PARKING STATION, LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of TOWN HALL PARKING STATION LIMITED (in Liquidation).
IN accordance with section 223 of the said Act notice is hereby given of the following extraordinary resolution passed at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on the 18th November, 1930:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, and that it is advisable that the same be wound up voluntarily in terms of the Companies Act, 1908.
“That Geo. W. Hutchison, Public Accountant, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for such winding-up.”

FINANCE LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of FINANCE LIMITED (in Liquidation).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Wellington on the 18th June, 1931, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Wellington on the 3rd day of July, 1931, was confirmed as a special resolution, viz.:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the Companies Act, 1908, and that ARTHUR MAURICE ANDERSON, of Wellington, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of THE PETONE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 27th day of June, 1931, presented to Sir Michael Myers, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand, by E. W. Mills and Company, Limited, a creditor of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 31st day of July, 1931, at the Supreme Courthouse at Wellington at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the petitioner’s solicitor on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of AERIAL SERVICES, LTD., Yorkshire House, Auckland.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of the company held on the 20th June, 1931, the following special resolution was passed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that GORDON SIDNEY CRIMP, of Hamilton, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator.”
Creditors of the above-named company are required to send particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned on or before the 31st July, 1931. In default thereof they may be excluded from participation in any distribution made.
