Appointing a Member of the Nelson Harbour Board.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section thirty-eight of the Harbours Act, 1923, doth hereby appoint
John Harband Brunt
to be a non-elective member of the Nelson Harbour Board, to fill the extraordinary vacancy caused by the resignation of John Liddell Brown of his office on the said Board.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 7th day of July, 1931.

Nomination of Persons as Assessors revoked and others nominated in lieu thereof for the High Court of the Cook Islands in the Island of Niue.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
PURSUANT to the authority vested in me by section two hundred and ninety-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the nomination of persons qualified for appointment as Assessors in criminal trials in the High Court of the Cook Islands, made by Warrant gazetted in New Zealand Gazette, No. 52, of the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at page 2412, in respect of persons in the Island of Niue, and in lieu thereof I hereby nominate the persons named in the Schedule hereto as persons qualified for appointment as Assessors under the said Act generally in criminal trials in the High Court of the Cook Islands in the Island of Niue, and I declare that this Warrant shall take effect on the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by section three hundred and one of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that Thomas Oswald Lambie, being a person holding the office of Supervisor, Postal Division, General Post Office, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Lieutenant C. M. Gray, from the Canterbury Regiment, to be Lieutenant, with seniority as from the 7th December, 1928, and is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 4th July, 1931.
Lieutenant J. J. Buchan, from the Southland Regiment, to be Lieutenant, with seniority as from the 9th January, 1930, and is posted to the 2nd C Battalion. Dated 4th July, 1931.
