A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of roads in Mairaki and Rolleston Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of roads closed :—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
11 1 31·0 Lot 2, D.P. 3177, being part Rural Section 37080, Block XIV, Mairaki Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Rolleston Survey District.
9 1 32·6 Lot 2, D.P. 3177, being part Rural Section 37080, Block II, Rolleston Survey District. (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2223.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81971, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Alexandra Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 1 rood 35 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lots 3, 6, and 7, D.P. 23224, being parts Allotments 17, 28, and 141, Karamu Parish, and part Waipa 66B No. 2 Block, Waipa Parish.

Situated in Block III, Alexandra Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26086.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81627, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the street in the Borough of Greymouth described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 2 roods 33·9 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lots 7 to 14 (inclusive) on D.P. 624, and Subdivision 54, being parts of Section 1348, Town of Greymouth.

Situated in the Borough of Greymouth (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 2897.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81792, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 18 perches. Being portion of part Lot B on D.P. 6559, being part Allotment 3, Parish of Mangatawhiri.

Situated in Block XII, Drury Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25585.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79562, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of July, 1931.
