said Rupert Yeoman Collins on the Fifth Floor in the A.M.P.
Buildings, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, at such time as
shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they
will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before such debt or claim is proved. The said Liquidator will
hear and adjudicate upon the said debts or claims at the said
office at 11 o'clock in the forenoon on Thursday the 30th day
of July, 1931.

We, Denniston Cuthbertson and Charles Edward Hannah,
being the auditors of the Invercargill Savings-bank, appointed
in terms of section 4 of the Savings-banks Amendment Act,
1923, hereby certify—(1) That we are satisfied that the foregoing balance-sheet has been properly drawn up from the
books, vouchers, and accounts of the Savings-bank so as to exhibit a true and correct view of the state of the Savings-bank's affairs as at the date thereof, in accordance with the
requirements of the Savings-banks Amendment Act, 1923.
(2) That we have verified the cash, investments, securities,
and assets of the Savings-bank as at the date of the
balance-sheet. (3) That we have obtained all the information and explanations we have required. (4) That the manager has certified that all the requirements of the Savings-banks Act, 1908, and amendments, have been complied with, with the exception of section 18, subsection (1), and section 20.

DOHERTY AUCTIONEERING, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above-named company held on the
15th day of June, 1931, the following resolution was passed
by entry in the minute-book in accordance with the provisions
of section 168 (6) of the Companies Act, 1908, viz:—
Resolved—“That the company be forthwith wound up
voluntarily, by reason of the fact that it cannot carry on
without loss.”
Mr. J. L. ARCUS, of Wellington, Public Accountant, has
been appointed Liquidator.
