In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of P. B. SHEATHER COMPANY (N.Z.), LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was duly passed on 16th June, 1931 :-
Resolved-“ That, it having been proved to the satisfaction
of shareholders the inadvisability of the company continuing
its business, the company be wound up voluntarily, pursuant
to section 220B of the Companies Act, 1908, and that Mr.
J. L. GRIFFIN, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be, and is
hereby, appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
All persons having claims against the above company are
required, on or before the 31st day of July, 1931, to send their
names and addresses and particulars of their debts and claims
to the said Liquidator at 102, Featherston Street, Wellington,
and if so required by notice in writing from him are personally,
or by their solicitors, to come in and prove such debts or
claims at such times and places as shall be specified in such
notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the
benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims
are proved.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership previously
existing between ALEXANDER HUTLEY, CHARLES
FREDERICK HUTLEY, and GEORGE RICHARD HUTLEY, and
carrying on business at Awanui and elsewhere as Motor-
service Proprietors, under the firm name of “ Hutley's
Motors,” was dissolved by mutual consent on the 24th day of
December, 1929.
The business has since been carried on by Alexander Hutley
and George Richard Hutley, who will meet all liabilities of the
Partnership, and to whom any accounts owing to the Partnership are payable.

having an account laid before them, showing the manner in
which the winding-up has been conducted and the property
