NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Tauranga on the 30th day of June, 1931, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

APPLICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT OF COMPENSATION.

No. 11. Name of applicant: The Minister of Public Works. Name of land: Te Puna, Lot 56. Nature of application: Assessment of compensation for additional land taken for a railway and road-diversion.

No. 12. Name of applicant: The Minister of Public Works: Name of land: Hungahungatoroa 1 lb 2; Matapihi 1a 3b 8; and Matapihi 1a 3a 2. Nature of application: Assessment of compensation for additional land taken for a railway and road-diversion.

No. 13. Name of applicant: The Minister of Public Works. Name of land: Umuhapuku 2A. Nature of application: Assessment of compensation for land taken for a Native school.

Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.

TO the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land containing 2 acres, more or less, situated in the Parish of Taipa, in the County of Mongonui, being Allotments 7 and 8 of Section 1 of the Village of Taipa: Bounded on the north by Allotment 6, 400 links; on the east by a street, 500 links; on the south by Allotment 9, 400 links; and on the west by a street, 500 links; which said parcel of land is all the land in Crown Grant No. 335H, dated the 11th day of September, 1863, to Benjamin Tonks:

Whereas, after due inquiry, the owner of the above-described land cannot be found; and whereas the said owner has no known agent or agents in New Zealand: Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner within six months from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if he fails or neglects so to do the Public Trustee will exercise, with regard to the said land, all the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.
