Notifying Land in Otago Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, as the time at which the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash; and I do hereby fix the price at which the said land shall be sold as that mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Clutha County.—Tautuku Survey District.
SECTION 22, Block II: Area, 1 rood 22 perches. Upset price, £2.
Weighted with £20, for improvements comprising five-roomed cottage. This sum is payable in cash.

Opening Lands in the Hawke’s Bay Land District for Sale or Selection.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1924, and the amendments thereof, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, having received the report of the Under-Secretary in this behalf, as provided by section one hundred and seventy-six of the said Act, do hereby declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection on Monday, the twentieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedule may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash or on deferred payments, or be selected on renewable lease; and I do hereby also fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased under and subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, and the amendments thereof.

Warrant vesting the Control of the Ruakaka Bridge over the Hangaroa River (together with the Western Approach thereto) in the Cook County Council.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct that the bridge (together with the western approach thereto) described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of the gazetting hereof, be under the exclusive care, control, and management of the Cook County Council.
SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge (together with the western approach thereto) in the Gisborne Land District, over the Hangaroa River, known as the Ruakaka Bridge, situated in Block X, Hangaroa Survey District. As the site of the said bridge and approach are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74584, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 2nd day of June, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Child Welfare Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Mrs. Dulcia Martina Mason, 50 St. Andrew’s Road, Epsom, Auckland,
as a person to be associated with the Children’s Court held at Auckland, and I declare that the said appointment is made generally in relation to all matters that may be dealt with by the said Court.
And I further declare that the said appointment shall be for one year and three months, ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
