commits an offence against these regulations, and, on conviction, any license, certificate, or permit issued to him under the Act shall at once become void.

  1. Any person committing a breach of, or failing to comply with, any regulation made under the Act shall be liable to a fine not exceeding £20.

  2. The issue of any license, certificate, or permit, and the contents thereof may be proved by the production of the copy of such license, certificate, or permit, or by the production of a copy of the same certified by a Superintendent or Inspector, or by the production of a register herein directed to be kept, or of any extract from such a register certified by the officer directed herein to keep such register.

  3. Notification of the revocation of a license or permit issued under the Act may be, by notice in writing, given to the person to whom such license or permit was issued or by leaving it at his last known place of abode, and after such notice so given or left such license or permit shall cease or determine.
