Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks V and VI, Opuawhanga Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Opuawhanga Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 2 roods 34 perches.
Being portion of Lot 2 on D.P. 11189, being part Section 1, Block V, and part Section 1, Block VI; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 7 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 2 on D.P. 11189, being part Section 5, Block V, and part Section 1, Block VI; coloured green.

All situated in Opuawhanga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25185.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81851, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of June, 1931.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 4 acres 1 rood 31·7 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 104, Opaheke Parish; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 37·9 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 104 and 177, Opaheke Parish; coloured green.

All situated in Block VI, Opaheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25993.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81737, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 7 perches.
Being portion of Section 65, Ohakea Settlement.
Situated in Block XV, Rangitoto Survey District. (S.O. 2038.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81652, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of June, 1931.
