In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.0. 1342, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and
thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
May, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
street : 4-09 perches.
Being portion of Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 7343, being part
Section 470 (Town of Wellington R.D.), (City of Wellington).

In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81673, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that
on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has
been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under
the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-
General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become
Crown land :
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the
Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of
the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909,
and its amendments :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the
Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto
has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
TUTIRA A Block, Moerangi and Maungaharuru Survey District :
Approximate area, 22,790 acres 2 roods 5-8 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
May, 1931.

to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section one hundred and five of the Land for Settlements
Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the
area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
subject to the provisions of the Land for Settlements Act,
1925, and shall hereafter form part of the Waimata Settlement.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of Crown land (closed road adjoining Section 10s,
Waimata Settlement) in the North Auckland Land District,
Hobson County, situated in Block IV, Kaihu Survey District,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 26 perches, more
or less, bounded as follows : Commencing at a point on a
public road being the easternmost corner of Section 10s,
Waimata Settlement; thence on the south-west generally by
Section 10s aforesaid bearing 307° 45' distance 151.3 links,
bearing 346° 58' distance 215.5 links, bearing 280° 39' distance
111.0 links, bearing 277° 56' distance 160.4 links, to a public
road ; thence on the west generally by that road bearing
0° 08' distance 46.5 links, bearing 328° 13' distance 79.8 links
to Section 16s, Waimata Settlement ; thence on the north
generally by Section 16s aforesaid bearing 96° 51' distance
250.7 links, bearing 111° 24' distance 200.1 links, bearing
98° 51' distance 374.4 links, to a public road; thence on the
south-east generally by that road bearing 244° 09' distance
311.9 links, bearing 195° 51' distance 169.6 links to the point
of commencement. As the same is more particularly
delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 26/17727, and deposited
under No. 2488 in Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 26th day of May, 1931.

the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the

Settlement.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 41 acres 0 roods 5 perches, more or less,
and being Reserve Number 3884, situated in Block XV, Four
Peaks Survey District, and bounded as follows : Towards
the north-east by Clayton Track, 76.9, 1139.9, and 232.9 links;
towards the east by Section 4 of Four Peaks Settlement,
754.3 and 938.1 links; towards the south by Reserve Number
3883, 2662.3 links; and towards the north-west by Section 1
of Four Peaks Settlement, 3034.9 links. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 4/17,
deposited under No. 2489 in Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 26th day of May, 1931.

Notifying Lands in Wellington Land District for Sale by Public
Auction.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land
Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Tuesday,
the 30th day of June, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-one, as the time at which the lands described in the
Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction for cash, and I
do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as
those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
