ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 37, of 14th May, 1931, page 1461, Redefining boundaries of Borough of Masterton, &c., in line 43 of First Schedule delete the word “to” and substitute a “comma” therefor.

Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to section two of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1920 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), a proposal to add the area described in the Schedule hereto to the Christchurch Drainage District (hereinafter referred to as “the said district”), was duly carried at a poll of ratepayers taken in the said area on the fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one :
And whereas it is expedient to add the said area to the said district :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, do hereby declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the said district; and with the like powers and authorities do hereby also declare that the said area shall be added to the Rural Heathcote Subdistrict of the said district.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District situate in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, containing by admeasurement 30 perches, and being Lot 2 on plan 8731, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch, being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 427, folio 272.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1931.

Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. A 102, set apart by Proclamation dated the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and gazetted on the third day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 42 acres 3 roods 34 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 25, Block VIII, Hukerenui Survey District, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on a public road, being the south-eastern corner of Section 24, Block VIII, Hukerenui Survey District; thence on the east and south generally by that road bearing 182° 04′ distance 179·3 links, bearing 210° 19′ distance 463·3 links, bearing 201° 25′ distance 552·6 links, bearing 183° 47′ distance 774·8 links, bearing 197° 22′ 30″ distance 658·2 links, bearing 267° 29′ distance 834·7 links, bearing 208° 31′ distance 260·0 links, bearing 255° 41′ distance 156·3 links, bearing 299° 50′ distance 473·3 links; on the west generally by other portion Section 25 aforesaid, bearing 8° 05′ distance 1510·1 links, bearing 30° 12′ distance 359·4 links, bearing 334° 29′ distance 840·7 links to Section 24 aforesaid; thence on the north by Section 24 aforesaid, bearing 90° 01′ 30″ distance 2179·6 links to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/17228, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
