IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section two of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Walter Benjamin Gough an officer for the purposes of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1908.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 7th day of January, 1931.
