A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hawera Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
3 roods 36·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 7; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
Approximate area of the piece of road closed : 3 roods 38 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Part Section 6; coloured green.
All situated in Block VII, Hawera Survey District.
All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80511, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of January, 1931.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

Being portion of Ohotu No. 1 Block.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Alexander Fyfe,
Malcolm Francis,
Alexander Smith,
James Everest Tallentire, and
Alexander Duncan Wills
to be the Duntroon Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the thirty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Library, Duntroon, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
