Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenure, in the Gisborne Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.
Gisborne Land District.—Settlement Land.
Ardkeen Settlement—Wairoa County.—Taramarama Survey District.
Lot 1 of Section 1s, Ardkeen Settlement: Area, 87 acres
1 rood 24 perches.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the thirty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

Southland Land District.
Southland County.—Invercargill Hundred.
Sections 98, 99, 100, Block XXIII, Invercargill Hundred: Area, 203 acres 3 roods 1 perch.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of August then instant, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

North Auckland Land District.—Bay of Islands County.—Settlement Land.
Sections 18s, 33s, 41s (Sections 33s and 41s were formerly parts of Section 17s), Remuera Settlement: Area, 192 acres 0 roods 27 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of
December, 1930.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Blocks I, II, and VI, Maramarua Survey District, reserved for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto—and which was reserved for the North Island Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such purpose—shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Franklin County Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
