Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject
to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation
of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part
of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 125 set apart by
Proclamation dated the twenty-fifth day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and gazetted on the
sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two,
is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with
the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after
the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State
forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land
Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
SECTIONS 11 and 12, Block I, and Sections 1 and 2, Block V,
Onamalutu Survey District : Area, 2,037 acres, more or less.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
January, 1931.

of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion
of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 70, set apart by
Proclamation dated the fourteenth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-two, and gazetted on the sixteenth
day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and,
in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land
shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease
to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to
the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by
admeasurement 886 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Sections
7, 8, 9, 10, 13, and 14, Block IV, Hautapu Survey District,
situated in the Rangitikei County. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plan numbered 241/1, deposited in
the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
January, 1931.

that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion
of Provisional State Forest Reserve No. 73, set apart by
Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the twenty-fifth
day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and,
in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land
shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease
to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to
the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 49 acres 2 roods 34 perches, more or less, being
portion Provisional State Forest No. 73, situated in Block VI,
Ohinemuri Survey District, bounded towards the north-east
by a public road, along the left bank of the Maratoto Stream;
towards the south-east by other part Provisional State Forest
No. 73; and towards the north-west by Section 5, Block VI,
Ohinemuri Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/2413, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan S.O. 25940.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
January, 1931.

clamation dated the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-four, and gazetted on the third day
of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, is
required for settlement purposes ; and, in accordance with the
provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the
day of gazetting hereof, cease to be a provisional State forest,
and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act,
1924.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of
Islands County, containing by admeasurement 1,007 acres,
more or less, being Sections 8 and 9, Block XIV, Russell
Survey District, and being portion of Provisional State Forest
No. 123, as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1924, No. 20,
page 802. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked L. and S. X/91/20A, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 6437A.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
January, 1931.

charged Soldiers, under Special Tenure, in the Gisborne
Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Pro-
clamation made on the sixteenth day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the
Gazette of the twenty-second day of September then instant,
setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under
the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it
relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
