Wellington, 31st December, 1930.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the under-
mentioned land having been declared forfeited by
resolution of the Taranaki Land Board, the said land has
thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the
Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

TENURE : R.L. Lease No. 268. Sections 1 and 6, Block I,
Mapara Survey District. Lessee : A. V. Middlebrook.
Reason for forfeiture : Non-compliance with conditions of
lease.

Pastoral License in the Marlborough Land District liable to
forfeiture.

NOTICE is hereby given to the licensee of Pastoral Run
149A, Leatham Survey District, Marlborough County,
that the Land Board has resolved, in accordance with the
provisions of section 265 of the Land Act, 1924, that by reason
of the failure of the licensee to pay rent amounting to £90,
plus penalties amounting to £9, within one month after such
payment fell due, the license over the said Pastoral Run is
liable to forfeiture, and, if the said rent, together with the
full amount of the penalty is not paid within three months
after the date of insertion of this notice, the Land Board will
declare his license forfeited.
