Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XXII, Invercargill Hundred, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Invercargill Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 37·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 37 ; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 3 roods 30·1 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections P and 37; coloured green.
All situated in Block XXII, Invercargill Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R589.)
All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81238, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of April, 1931.

All situated in Block VI, Motatau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25745.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81209, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
