ERRATA.—In the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 23rd day of March, 1931, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 23, of the 26th day of the same month at page 711, declaring portions of roads in Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, to be Government roads, after the words “Survey District” insert the words “(Apata Parish).”
In the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 10th day of April, 1931, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 30, of the 16th day of the same month, at page 993, stopping Government Roads in Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, after the words “Survey District” insert the words “(Apata Parish).”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Pareora Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres l rood 22 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land.
Situated in Block IV, Pareora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 2191.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81385, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of May, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maramarua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 2 acres 0 roods 25 perches.
Being portion of Lot 30, D.P. 10628, being part Allotment 65, Maramarua Parish; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 9 acres 3 roods 2·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land and Lots 29 and 30, D.P. 10628, of Allotment 65, Maramarua Parish; coloured green.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
