CREDITORS of the above-named company are required
on or before the 31st day of May, 1931, to send their
names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or
claims, to the Liquidator, Chas. F. Cork, 103 Chancery
Chambers, Auckland, and if so requested by notice in writing
are to come in and prove their claims, or in default thereof
they will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution
made before such debts or claims are proved.

NOTICE is hereby given that I, the undersigned LESLIE
CORBETT SHERPARD, of Auckland, in the Provincial
District of Auckland and Dominion of New Zealand, Cabinet-
maker (heretofore known as LESLIE CORBETT SISK), being
a British subject, have by deed-poll dated the 27th day of
April, 1931, and enrolled in the Supreme Court Office at
Auckland, renounced and abandoned my surname of "Sisk,"
and assumed and adopted the surname of "Shepherd" for
all purposes whatsoever.

Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes : For the

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and

The number of insertions required must be written across
