A BILL INTITULED THE WANGANUI CHURCH ACRE AMENDMENT ACT, 1931.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition is intended to be presented to the General Assembly of New Zealand at the ensuing session by the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees, incorporated under the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908 (hereinafter called “the Board”), for leave to introduce a Private Bill, the short title of which is as above, to effect the following objects and purposes :
I. To amend the Wanganui Church Acre Act, 1910 (as amended by the Wanganui Church Acre Amendment Act, 1917), in the direction of removing the doubts that have arisen as to the order and manner in which the rents arising from leases granted under the powers conferred by either of the said Acts are intended to be applied and in particular—
II. To provide that the rents arising from time to time from any leases granted in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Wanganui Church Acre Act, 1910, or by the Wanganui Church Acre Amendment Act, 1917, and the rents already received in respect of leases heretofore granted under either of the said two Acts, but not yet applied to any of the purposes set forth in either of the said two Acts, shall be applied as follows :—
(a) First, in payment of the costs of an incidental to the preparation and promotion of this Bill.
(b) Thereafter, to all or any one or more, to the exclusion of the others or other, of the purposes set forth in subclauses (b) to (g) inclusive of section 7 of the Wanganui Church Acre Amendment Act, 1917 (subject in all respects to the provisions of the said subclauses respectively), in such sum or sums, and at such time or times and in such order as the Diocesan Synod (subject to appeal to the General Synod as provided by the Constitution of the Church) may from time to time direct.
Printed copies of the proposed Bill will, on or before the 7th day of May, 1931, be deposited at the Private Bills Office, Parliamentary Buildings, Wellington, and at the Diocesan Office, Mulgrave Street, Wellington, where, as well as at the offices of the undersigned, at 162 Featherston Street, Wellington, the said copies may be inspected and obtained.

NOTICE is hereby given that by special resolution passed at a general meeting of Barrett and Co., Ltd., held on 2nd April, 1931, and confirmed at a meeting held on 20th April, 1931, the company was directed to be wound up voluntarily, and I, George Sims Marley, of Wellington, was appointed liquidator.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business as Poultry-farmers under the style or firm of “Ballantine and Macdonald,”' has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 10th day of March, 1931. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by James Roderick Macdonald, who will continue to carry on the said business on his own behalf.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between Bertram Egley and Augustus James West-Walker, Barrister and Solicitors, 100 Lambton Quay, Wellington, has been dissolved by effluxion of time as from the 31st March, 1931.
The said Bertram Egley will continue his practice at 100 Lambton Quay, Wellington.
The said Augustus James West-Walker will continue his practice at Free Lance Buildings, No. 31 Panama Street, Wellington.

TAKE notice that by resolution passed at an extraordinary general meeting of Gilmore Oil Company (New Zealand), Limited, held on the 31st day of March, 1931, and duly confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of the company held on the 15th day of April, 1931, it was resolved :—
“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Gerald Richard Albert O'Halloran, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
