Numb. 31.

ERRATUM.—In the Order in Council dated the 14th day of April, 1931, and published in the Supplement of the same date to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 29, of the 9th day of the same month in pages 985 to 990, making regulations as to motor-drivers' licenses under the Motor-vehicles Act, 1924, for the words and figures “Motor-drivers Regulations, 1930,” in Forms Nos. 3 and 4 of the Schedule to the Order in Council, substitute the words and figures “Motor-drivers Regulations, 1931.”

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaeo Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 2 roods 19 perches.

Being portion of Section 8.

Situated in Block XII, Kaeo Survey District. (S.O. plan 26087.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1870B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2477, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of April, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tiger Hill Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road 1 rood 2-7 perches.

Being part Run 244r.

Situated in Block XV, Tiger Hill Survey District. In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 23/402, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2478, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of April, 1931.
