District of the County of Hutt, comprising all that area of
land in the Wellington Land District, Hutt County, being
portion of the Whareroa Riding, and being part of Part I
of Section 45 and part Section 44, Wainui Registration
District; and part Wainui A Block Registration, Block II,
Paekakariki Survey District, more particularly delineated as
follows: Commencing at the point the intersection of the
north-eastern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 2465, with the eastern
boundary of the Parade, being also the intersection of the
south-western boundary of Town of Paekakariki Extension
No. 5 with the eastern boundary of the Parade; thence in a
north-easterly direction by a straight line crossing Pingau
Street and along the eastern boundary of the Parade crossing
Paneta Street to the point the intersection of the south-western
boundary of Lot 88, Deposited Plan 6673, with the eastern
boundary of the Parade; thence in a north-easterly direction
in a straight line along the eastern boundary of the Parade
crossing Tongahoe Street to the intersection of the northern
boundary of Tongahoe Street and the eastern boundary of
the Parade; thence in a north-easterly direction by a straight
line along the eastern boundary of the Parade, crossing Henare
Street to the point the intersection of the eastern boundary
of the Parade with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1,
Deposited Plan 6673; then in a south-easterly direction by a
straight line along the north-eastern boundary of D.P. 6673,
and crossing Mira Street, and continuing in the same straight
line past Mira Street for a distance of two and one-half chains;
thence in a south-westerly direction running parallel to and
at a distance of two and one-half chains from the eastern
boundary of Mira Street for a distance of 3192 links; thence
in a north-westerly direction by the shortest distance to the
eastern boundary of Lot 12, Town of Paekakariki Extension
No. 5; thence in a south-westerly direction by a straight line
along the eastern boundary of Town of Paekakariki Extension
No. 5; thence in a north-westerly direction by a straight line
along the southern boundary of Town of Paekakariki
Extension No. 5 to the point of commencement; and that
such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day
of April in each and every year during the currency of such
loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan
is fully paid off.

The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and In-
habitants of the County of Hutt was hereto affixed pursuant
to a resolution of the Hutt County Council in the presence

matter of AUCKLAND MILLINERY FACTORY, LIMITED (in
Liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-
named company are required, on or before the 30th
day of April, 1931, to send their names and postal addresses
and detailed particulars of their claims to the undersigned,
the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by
notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are to come in
and prove their claims at such time and place as shall be
specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be
excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before
such claims are proved.
