IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Awhitu Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road : 38·7 perches.
Being portion of Crown land, Waitara Parish.
Situated in Block V, Awhitu Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 26059.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80981,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of

church Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

15 perches.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land
Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia,
that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land
has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under
the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor
General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become
Crown land :
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the
Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of
the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909,
and its amendments:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and
authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the
Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule
hereto has become Crown land.

SCHEDULE.
TE KUIRI 2B 1A 7 Block, Otanake Survey District : Approximate area, 1 acre 3 roods 21·6 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
