Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks XI and XIII, Waipoua Survey District, Hobson County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 13, of the nineteenth day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Blocks XI and XIII, Waipoua Survey District, by inserting therein the following Schedules in lieu of the Schedules mentioned therein, which are hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

2 0 14.9 Lot 6, D.P. 1458, of Section 1, Block XIII, and Section 2, Block XI ; coloured blue.

ROAD CLOSED.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 24.2 perches.
Being Lot 5, D.P. 4095, being part Section 11, Fitzroy District (Borough of New Plymouth).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 79182, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of March, 1931.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for drainage purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Oamaru, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 0.3 perches.
Being portion of Section 5.
Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81232, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of March, 1931.
