Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declared that the reservation thereby effected is (so far as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 102 acres 0 roods 5 perches, more or less, being part of Section 1, Block X, Kariói Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by a public road, Lot 3 of Section 2, Block X aforesaid, and again by a public road; towards the south-east by Section 7, Block X aforesaid, and a public road; towards the west and south generally by another part of Section 1 aforesaid, by the Pakoka and Kaikai Streams, and again by the aforesaid other part of Section 1; towards the south-west by a road; towards the north-west by Allotments 103A and 103B, Whaingaroa Parish, and a public road; and towards the north generally by a public road and another part of Section 1 aforesaid. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section nineteen of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1929, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area adjoining the domain described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said domain.
