NOTICE is hereby given that the leases of the under-mentioned lands having been declared forfeited by the Nelson Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

Land in the Auckland Land District for Sale or Selection.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be opened for selection in terms of the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Friday, 24th April, 1931.

The land may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or on deferred payments, or be selected on renewable lease.

Applicants must appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 28th April, 1931, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant so desires he may be examined by the Land Board of any other district.

The ballot will be held immediately on conclusion of the examination of applicants.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—THIRD-CLASS LAND.

Raglan County.—Whangape Parish.

PART Allotment 128: Area, 669 acres 2 roods 18 perches. Capital value, £190. Deposit on deferred payments, £10; half-yearly instalment on deferred payments, £5 17s. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent, £3 16s.

Dairying and grazing property situated on the Woodleigh-Tuakau Road, approximately two miles from Woodleigh Post-office; school adjoining. Sixteen miles from Waingaro Saleyards, and thirty-five miles from Ngaruawahia. One hundred acres standing bush and 150 acres level to undulating land, of which approximately 30 acres is in good pasture, 60 acres in worn-out pasture, and 60 acres in fair pasture.
