ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of March, 1931.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for public buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for a municipal endowment over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6·4 perches, being part Section 4, Block XXI, Mamaku Village, bounded on the north-west by a public road, 50 links; on the north-east and south-east by other part of Section 4, 80 links and 50 links respectively; and on the south-west by a right-of-way, 80 links, to the point of commencement. As more particularly shown on S.O. plan No. 26030, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Auckland.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for a site for a police station over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 1·9 perches, more or less, being part Reserve 3786, situated in Block VI, Culverden Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by a road, 414·9 links; towards the south-east by Railway land, 834·9 links; and towards the north-west by Reserve 4022, 724·5 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5304, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Amending the Description of a Reserve in the North Auckland Land District.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that where there has been any error of description made in any notification of any intended reserve, or where there appears a great discrepancy in the area of any intended reserve after the same shall have been surveyed, the Governor-General may cancel any notification that may have been made in respect of such reserve, and issue fresh notification in respect thereof, with amended particulars and description:
And whereas an error was made in the area of Section 34, Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, North Auckland Land District, in the Warrant of the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in Gazette No. 22 of the tenth day of that month, setting apart the land for a public-school site; and it is expedient to cancel the said notification:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrant of the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and do declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be the land set apart for a public-school site intended by the said Warrant.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hobson County, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Section 34, Block XI, Waipoua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/6/388B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 26113.)
