The North-western Side of Portion of King’s Crescent, in the Borough of Lower Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of March, 1931.

Present:

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Lower Hutt Borough Council on the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty,
viz.:--

“ That the Lower Hutt Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Lower Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of King’s Crescent fronting Lot 2, D.P. 4079 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of King’s Crescent (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

The north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, known as King’s Crescent, fronting Lot 2, D.P. 4079, being part Section 32, Hutt R.D. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81227, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Abattoirs Road, in the County of Waitaki, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waitaki County Council on the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, viz.:--

“ That the Waitaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Waitaki County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the north-eastern side of Abattoirs Road lying between Orbell Road and the Beach Road abutting on part Section 21, Block I, Oamaru Survey District”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Abattoirs Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

The north-eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Waitaki, known as Abattoirs Road, fronting part Section 21, Block I, Oamaru Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81230, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Ebdentown Road, in the Borough of Upper Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Upper Hutt Borough Council on the twenty-third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty,
viz.:--

“ The Upper Hutt Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Upper Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that street known as Ebdentown Road, adjoining all that parcel of land, being part of Section 121 of the Hutt District, and being also Lots 27, 29, and 31 on a plan attached to Grant No. 23830 registered in the Deeds Registry Office at Wellington ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Ebdentown Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

The western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Upper Hutt, known as Ebdentown Road, fronting part Section 121, Hutt R.D., Block I, Rimutaka Survey District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81088, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

The Western Side of Portion of Tama Street, in the Borough of Lower Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Tama Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

The western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, known as Tama Street, fronting Lots 12 and 13 on D.P. 50. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 81275, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
