SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVA-
TION REGION.
Part of State Forest No. 101.
ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 270 acres, more or less, being Allotments 358
and 359, Parish of Pirongia, and situated in Block III,
Pirongia Survey District. As the same are more particularly
delineated on plan No. 36/1, deposited in the Head Office of
the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
March, 1931.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block IV, Cairnhill
Survey District, Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcel of land described in the Schedule
hereto forms portion of Pastoral Run Number 566,
situated in the Cairnhill Survey District, and held under
license dated the twenty-seventh day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and sixteen :
And whereas it is desired that the said parcel of land should
be taken for the purposes of a road under subsection two of
section two hundred and fifty-seven of the Land Act, 1924 :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance
and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by
subsection two of section two hundred and fifty-seven of
the Land Act, 1924, hereinbefore referred to, do hereby take
the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto for the
purposes of a road.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 30 perches.
Portion of Run 566.
Situated in Block IV, Cairnhill Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/9/49,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2471, and thereon coloured
red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of March,
1931.

Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes
of a Road in the County of Matamata, at Hinuera.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
forms part of land taken for the purposes of the
Thames Valley—Rotorua Railway, and it is considered
desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section
two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928,
and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publica-
tion hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and
that the said road shall be under the control of the Matamata
County Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council
in like manner as other public highways are controlled and
maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 16·47 perches.
Portion of Railway Reserve (Mangawhara Block), Block X,
Tapapa Survey District, Matamata County. (S.O. 26052,
blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 1300, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of
March, 1931.

vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District, Borough

in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of
March, 1931.

Hutt River District, Borough of Lower Hutt.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of river-protection works in the Hutt River
District, and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the
date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second
day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
