Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924,
I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from
and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces
of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being
land which adjoins the endowment for primary education
described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to
be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 16:7 perches, more
or less, being Allotments 148, 149, and 150, Parish of Kaiaka.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 20/547, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged
red. (North Auckland plans 16279 and 17630.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 69 acres l rood 9 perches, more or less,
being portion of Allotment 19, Parish of Kaiaka, and being
part of the said allotment permanently set aside for educa-
tional purposes and apportioned for primary education by
notice published in New Zealand Gazette of the 16th December,
1878, page 1774. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked L. and S. 20/547A, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon edged blue. (North Auckland plans 796, 16279,
and 17630.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of
March, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Invercargill Hundred
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres
0 roods 8 perches.
Passing through Section 35.
Situated in Block IX, Invercargill Hundred.
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1899,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2470, and thereon coloured
green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of March,
1931.

Crown Lands set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent
State forest.
