A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waingaromia
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and
also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
2 acres 1 rood 14-6 perches.
Being portion of Section 1; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed:-

1 0 11-5 Ngatawakawaka No. 1 Block; coloured green.

All situated in Block IV, Waingaromia Survey District

particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80362,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

District described in the Schedule hereto.

Being portion of Sections 80 and 81.

Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I also hereby
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
2 roods 37-86 perches.
Being portion of Section 2, Watts Peninsula District (being
part Point Halswell Military Reserve).
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District
