OTAUTAU TOWN BOARD.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

In the matter of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the
Otatau Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of one thousand pounds (£1,000), autho-
rized to be raised by the Otatau Town Board under the
above-mentioned Act for the erection of a gallery and carrying
out improvements and alterations in and to the Coronation
Hall at Otatau, including the provision of seating-accom-
modation, the said Otatau Town Board hereby makes and
levies a special rate calculated at the rate of three-sixteenths
of one penny in every pound (£1) of the capital value of
the Otatau Town District, comprising the whole of the area
comprised in the aforesaid Otatau Town District, and that
such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the
1st day of September in each and every year during the
currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years,
or until the loan is fully paid off.

Dated at Otatau, this 12th day of January, 1931.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of FLAX PROPERTIES, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above company, by
extraordinary resolution, went into voluntary liquidation
on the 28th day of January, 1931, and I, the under-
signed, was appointed Liquidator.

The creditors of the company are requested, on or before
the 10th day of March, 1931, to send full particulars of their
claims to me, care of Box 1331, G.P.O., Auckland, or to 102
Chancery Chambers, O’Connell Street, Auckland, otherwise
they may be excluded from participating in any dividend
that may be declared.

COROMANDEL MUSSEL DEPOT.

MR. W. H. CLARKE announces that he has resumed the
business known as “Coromandel Mussel Depot,”
recently advertised as sold to Messrs. Garland and Lucena.
This business has again become his sole property, and will be
again carried on by him at No. 33, Bond Street, Grey Lynn,
as from the 9th February, 1931.

9th February, 1931, the subjoined resolution was duly con-
firmed as a special resolution, viz:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the
provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that JAMES
