make oath and say as follows:-

  1. On the day of , 19 , I was duly
    admitted a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South
    Wales.
  2. The paper-writing hereunto annexed and marked "A"
    is a true copy of the certificate of my admission as such
    solicitor, and I am the person named therein.
  3. I have not done or committed any act or thing which
    would cause my name to be struck off the roll of solicitors
    of the said Court, and to the best of my knowledge and belief
    my name still remains on the said roll.
  4. I ceased to practise in the State of New South Wales
    on the day of .
  5. I arrived in the Dominion of New Zealand on the

  6. I have resided in the Dominion of New Zealand for a
    period of three months preceding the date hereof [State
    whether the residence continuous or not and reason of absence

    ORDER IN COUNCIL.
    At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day
    of January, 1931.

    Revoking the Vesting in the Tauranga Agricultural and Pastoral
    Association of Sections 400, 401, and 401A, Parish of Te
    Papa, Auckland Land District.

    ORDER IN COUNCIL.
    At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of
    January, 1931.
    Present:
    THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
    WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule
    hereto is a reserve vested in the Tauranga Agricultural
    and Pastoral Association, in trust, as a reserve for a
    showground, by an Order in Council dated the eighth day
    of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, and
    published in Gazette of the eleventh day of that month, in
    pursuance of section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881:
    And whereas the land described in the Second Schedule
    hereto is a reserve vested in the said association, in trust, for
    showgrounds by section ten of the Reserves and other Lands
    Disposal and Public Bodies' Empowering Act, 1906:
    And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the afore-
    said lands should be revoked, and the Tauranga Agricultural
    and Pastoral Association has duly consented to such revo-
    cation:
    Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
    the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
    and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
    and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
    conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the
    Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928,
    do hereby revoke the vesting in the Tauranga Agricultural
    and Pastoral Association of the lands described in the First
    and Second Schedules hereto.
    FIRST SCHEDULE.
    AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
    SECTIONS 400 and 401, Parish of Te Papa: Area, 7 acres
    l rood 29 perches.
    IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
    conferred upon him by the Fruit Control Act, 1924
    (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), His Excellency
    the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
    by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
    of the said Dominion, doth hereby further amend the regula-
    tions (hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations")
    made under the said Act by Order in Council on the seven-
    teenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
    seven, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-seventh
    day of the same month at page 215, by revoking the clause
    numbered three of the principal regulations, as replaced by
    the clause enacted in substitution therefor and set out in
    the Schedule to Order in Council made under the said Act in
    amendment of the principal regulations on the seventeenth
    day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
    nine, and published in the Gazette on the nineteenth day of
    the same month at page 3325, and substituting the clause set
    out in the Schedule hereto in lieu thereof, and doth hereby
    revoke the last hereinbefore-recited Order in Council, and
    doth hereby declare that such revocation shall take effect and
    this Order in Council shall come into force on the date of the
    publication thereof in the Gazette.
    SCHEDULE.
  9. The charge payable by way of levy on all fruit produced
    in a district in which Part I of the said Act is for the time
    being in operation, and intended for export, shall be 1½d. per
    case.

    Withdrawing Land from the Operation of the Kauri-gum
    Industry Act, 1908.

    ORDER IN COUNCIL.
    At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of
    January, 1931.
    Present:
    THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
    WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty-two of the
    Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-
    General may, by Order in Council gazetted, on the recom-
    mendation of the Land Board, declare that any land com-
    prised in a kauri-gum reserve shall, from a date to be specified
    in the Order, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry
    Act, 1908, and on and after the date so specified the land
    to which the Order relates shall become subject to the provi-
    sions of the Land Act, 1924:
    And whereas the Land Board of the North Auckland Land
    District has duly passed a resolution recommending that
    portion of the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Extension No. 2, as
    described in the Schedule hereto, be excepted from the opera-
    tion of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and it is expedient
    to give effect to such recommendation:
    Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
    General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
    exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by
    section one hundred and sixty-two of the Land Act, 1924,
    and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Execu-
    tive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and
    declare that portion of the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Exten-
    sion No. 2, as described in the Schedule hereto, shall, from
    the sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
    thirty-one, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry
    Act, 1908.
