Being portion of Paremata No. 1a Block; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 19 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Paremata No. 1a Block; coloured green.
All situated in Block XI, Uawa Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1316, brown.)
All in the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80739, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of February, 1931.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hawkswood Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
