Electrical Wiremen’s Registration Act, 1925.

LOST REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.

NOTICE is hereby given that it has been reported to the Electrical Wiremen’s Registration Board that the undermentioned registration certificate has been lost :—

Any person making illegal use of any registration certificate is liable to a penalty of £20.

Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.

TO the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land containing 1 acre, more or less, being Allotment 128, Section 2, Town of Opotiki, Parish of Waioeka, and County of Opotiki: Bounded on the north by a street 100 links wide, 200 links; on the east by Allotment 127, 500 links; on the south by Allotment 174, 200 links; and on the west by Allotment 129, 500 links; which said parcel of land is part of the land included in a conveyance dated 21st August, 1883, from William Henry Connell and Robert Charles Greenwood to Thomas Powell, of Auckland, Restaurant-keeper, and now being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 78, folio 84, Poverty Bay Registry:

Whereas after due inquiry the owner of the above-described land cannot be found; and whereas the said owner has no known agent or agents in New Zealand: Now the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner within six months from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if he fails or neglects so to do the Public Trustee will exercise, with regard to the said land, all the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.
