NOTICE OF AFFIDAVIT BEING LODGED.

I, JOHN MORRISON, Assistant Registrar of Companies, do hereby give notice that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by the Chairman of Directors of CARRICK WEDDERSPOON, LIMITED, has been lodged with me, and that, unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved, in manner provided by the Companies Act, 1908.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership (if any) formerly subsisting between CHARLES WILLIAM SAUNDERS and HARRY DIGBY JAMES, in the butchery business carried on in High Street, Greymouth, under the style of “W. Saunders and Co.,” was dissolved on the 1st day of August, 1929.

The business is now carried on by the said Charles William Saunders solely on his own account, and he will discharge all the liabilities in connection with such business which were outstanding on said 1st day of August, 1929.
