eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to portion of the south-western side of County Road, in the said City of Dunedin, where such portion of street abuts on part of Allotment 47, Township of Kirkland Hill, as the said portion of street is more particularly shown on the plan annexed hereto, and is thereon coloured brown and edged with red to its centre-line ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of County Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as County Road, fronting part Allotment 47, Township of Kirkland Hill. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77476, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown and edged red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of High Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of February, 1930.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :—
“ The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of High Street adjoining Lots 1 and 5 of a subdivision of Lot 31 and part Lot 32, Section 4, City of Auckland ” ;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as High Street, fronting Lots 1 and 5 of a subdivision of Lot 31 and part Lot 32, Section 4, City of Auckland. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77424, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Omana Avenue, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of February, 1930.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the fourteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, viz. :—
“ The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that street known as Omana Avenue, adjoining Lots 1 to 7 and 11 on D.P. 22214 and part Lot 2 on D.P. 3780, being part of Allotment 37 of Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of Omana Avenue (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Omana Avenue, adjoining Lots 1 to 7 and 11 on D.P. 22214 and part Lot 2 on D.P. 3780, being parts of Allotment 37 of Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 76763, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

“ That the Green Island Borough Council hereby resolves that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Exeter Street adjoining Allotments 55, 56, and 57, Township of Abbotshill, in the Borough of Green Island ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Exeter Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77421, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
