SNOWDEN’S BUSH DOMAIN.—NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 13 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 31 and 33, Block IX, Waimea Survey District. Bounded on the north-west by other parts of the said Sections 31 and 33; on the north-east by other part of the said Section 31; on the south-east by other parts of the said Sections 31 and 33; and on the south-west partly by a public road and partly by other parts of the said Section 33; being all the land comprised in deed of conveyance dated the 12th April, 1921, and registered under No. 47715, Nelson Registry (subject to right of way reserved by covenant contained in the said deed of conveyance).

to be the Pohara Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Office, Takaka, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

POHARA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, being Lot 14 of deposited plan No. 1703, Nelson Registry, containing 4 acres 0 roods 1·8 perches, more or less, and being parts Sections 104 and 104A, Square 11, and Section 6, Block VII, Waitapu Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/902, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

SOUTH RAKAIA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 2986, T wn of South Rakaia. Bounded towards the north-east by Dunford Street, 1000 links; towards the south-east by Pitt Street, 501 links; towards the south-west by Michael Street, 1000 links; and towards the north-west by Tancred Street, 501 links.

Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 101 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 2537, situated in Block XIII, Rakaia Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the terrace of the Rakaia River (Reserve No. 1723) and by Rural Section No. 30133; towards the south-east by the West Belt of the South Rakaia Township, 758 links; towards the south-west by Normanby Road; and towards the north-west by Wolseley Road, 439 links.
