HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by subsection eight of section seven of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1922, it is enacted that in all cases where an order is dated more than five years previously to the receipt of the application, the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court shall first obtain the consent of the Governor-General in Council before making any order thereunder:
And whereas application has been made under the said section to amend an order of the Native Land Court dated the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, appointing successors to the interests of Amapiria Waihoa (deceased), in Ngarara West A Section 29 Block:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Chief Judge exercising with regard to the said recited order of the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, all and every the jurisdiction granted to him by the said section seven, and to the making of any such order thereunder as may seem necessary or expedient.

Croixelles Road District, Sounds County, constituted.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of February, 1930.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section thirty-five of the Local Legislation Act, 1929, the Road Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the Sounds County, a Road District for the purposes of the Road Boards Act, 1908, to be called by the name of the Croixelles Road District; doth hereby declare that the Board of the said district shall consist of five members; and doth hereby order that the first election of members of the said Board shall be conducted in the manner provided by section forty-eight of the Road Boards Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
CROIXELLES ROAD DISTRICT, SOUNDS COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, bounded on the north-west generally by the sea from Pukerau Point to a point in Okure Bay in line with the north-eastern boundary-line of Section 10, Block I, Wangamoa Survey District; thence to and along that boundary and the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 10 to the eastern boundary of the Wangamoa Survey District; thence due south along that boundary to the French Pass Track; thence south-westerly and south-easterly along that track to the eastern boundary of the said

Wangamoa Survey District; thence along that boundary to the shore of Brown's or Elaine Bay; thence westerly and easterly generally along the shore of that bay to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Reserve 2, Block VII, Wangamoa Survey District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Reserve 2 and Sections 6 and 8, said Block VII, to Boundary Trig. Station; thence south-westerly generally along the range, and passing through Mount McLaren, McLaren Peak, Editor Peak, and Elliot Peak to North Castor Peak; thence along a right line to Pukerau Point, the place of commencement.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of street described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Lower Hutt Borough Council.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of street in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Lower Hutt, known as Seaview Road, commencing at its junction with Park Road, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally, and terminating at the southern boundary of the Lower Hutt Borough, being a distance of 51 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77357, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
