In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 77475, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of January, 1930.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 6 acres 2 roods 24·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 5 and 6.
Situated in Block III, Whirinaki Survey District. (S.O. 2478.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 76313, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Subdivisions of Awaroa A Block, Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto were, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, duly laid off as a road-line in pursuance of sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act:
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sections forty-nine and fifty of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and in so far as each of these sections is applicable, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, duly laid off as a road-line, in pursuance of section thirteen of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1922:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913:
