In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the WHANGAREI METAL SUPPLY CO., LTD. (in Liquidation).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-mentioned company, duly convened and held at the Community Buildings, Rust Lane, Whangarei, on Friday, the 5th day of December, 1930, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the said meeting FRANK LESLIE GUNN, of Whangarei, Public Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
