Classification of Road in Mangonui County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and Motor-lorry Regulations, 1927, and their amendments, I, William Burgoyne Taverner, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the alteration in the classification of the road as described and set forth in the Schedule hereto and situated in the Mangonui County.
SCHEDULE.
MANGONUI COUNTY.
ROAD classified in the Fourth Class: Available for the use thereon of any motor-lorry (other than a multi-axled motor lorry) which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 4½ tons, or any multi-axled motor-lorry which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6¼ tons:
Wainui-Junction-Ahipara Ninety-mile Beach Road.

By-law under the Government Railways Act, 1926.
IN exercise and pursuance of the power and authority conferred by the Government Railways Act, 1926, and of all other powers and authorities in that behalf, I, William Andrew Veitch, Minister of Railways, do hereby make the by-law appearing in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
27A. No person, unless duly authorized or licensed thereto by the General Manager or other railway officer appointed in that behalf by the General Manager, shall go into or upon any carriage, vehicle, or premises of the railway for the purpose of touting or soliciting custom or employment of any description; and no person while in or upon any carriage, vehicle, or premises of the railway, shall, unless duly authorized as aforesaid, tout or solicit custom or employment of any description.
Any person who commits a breach of this by-law shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding ten pounds (£10).

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence for the Mail Order Chemist, Post-office Box 1713, Auckland.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, having reasonable ground for supposing that the person described in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in an immoral business, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of the said person shall be issued and that no postal packet addressed to the said person, or addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.
